Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment is seeking a recruitment professional to source and engage talent for IT and Non-IT roles in the UK/US markets while supporting the lifecycle from sourcing to offers. You will leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches to build robust talent pipelines and meet KPIs.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. UK/US market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years recruitment experience in Staffing/Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for UK market (preferred) or US market.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Total Jobs, Reed, and similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
