Job summary

BSL Placement Services seeks a UK/Europe IT Recruiter Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across UK and Europe from Noida. You will coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing candidates in a fast-paced, globally-connected environment.

Key requirements include IT recruitment experience in UK/Europe, strong communication, knowledge of Right to Work rules, and the ability to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK/Europe IT recruitment is mandatory.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UK/EU employment regulations is advantageous.
• Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for IT positions in UK/Europe.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, databases, referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Submit profiles and coordinate interviews with timely feedback.
• Understand Right to Work rules and compliance for hires.

Working Hours: aligned with UK/Europe

timezone 1pm- 10 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

As a UK/Europe IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions for clients based in the UK and across Europe.

The role includes:

• Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, CW Jobs, JobServe, Reed, Total Jobs, etc.), social media, databases, and referrals
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates and clients
• Submitting suitable profiles and ensuring timely feedback and coordination for interviewsUnderstanding UK/EU employment laws, work permit requirements (Right to Work), and compliance matters
• Strategizing talent acquisition plans as per client needs and market trends Candidate Profile:
• Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Experience: Prior IT recruitment experience (UK/Europe market is mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of recruitment fundamentals and sourcing techniques
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU employment regulations and Right to Work rules is an added advantage
