Job summary

Kore1 Manpower Solution in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced UK/Europe Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across the UK and Europe. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates, building a robust pipeline through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking, while maintaining ATS records.

Bachelor’s degree is required; 1–3 years in recruitment with UK/Europe experience; strong communication and negotiation skills; this is a full-time on-site role based in

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team, focused on UK/European positions, with expertise of non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing the position. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, as well as through referrals and networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions, for non-IT roles, within UK/Europe region


• Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, as well as through referrals and networking


• Screen and qualify candidates to ensure that they meet the requirements of the position and company culture


• Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates


• Facilitate the interview process, managing candidate and client expectations throughout


• Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates and clients


• Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates and clients


• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field


• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on UK/Europe region and experience working with non-IT roles


• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for recruitment


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously


• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close positions


• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
