Job summary

Acesoft Labs Bengaluru seeks an experienced recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE and GCC clients. You will manage contract and C2H hiring, source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and referrals, and screen for technical as well as cultural fit.

You will negotiate offers, onboard new hires, and maintain a robust UAE-focused talent pipeline. The role requires quick turnarounds, sharp negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE / GCC recruitment.
• Strong exposure to contract and C2H hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proven experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster Gulf, and social platforms.
• Excellent understanding of UAE job market, visa types, and salary structures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
