Job summary

Buzzworks Business Services is seeking an experienced recruitment professional in Navi Mumbai to manage end-to-end hiring for white-collar roles and handle Middle East client coordination. You will source candidates through portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, screen effectively, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining, with exposure to Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Retail, and Non-IT

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions.
• Should have experience in handling Middle East Client coordination, key account management for recruitment
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and business needs.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Work on requirements across multiple verticals: Oil & Gas,Construction,Healthcare,Retail,Non-IT
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status updates.

Required Skills

• 310 years of experience in white-collar recruitment.
• Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in the mentioned verticals is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and bulk hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
