Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Gulf Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for Gulf / Middle East assignments across Oil & Gas, Construction, MEP and Facility Management. You will source candidates through portals, databases, referrals and social media, conduct interviews, and coordinate visa, medical, and mobilisation processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably Gulf/GCC.
• Experience with a recruitment consultancy/overseas agency.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Construction, MEP and/or Facility Management recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf visa, medical, documentation and mobilisation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Gulf/Middle East requirements across multiple technical and operational positions.
• Source candidates through portals, databases, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual and face-to-face interviews to assess suitability.
• Screen and shortlist based on job requirements and client specs.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, offers and mobilisation.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate visa, medical and deployment formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases and documentation.
• Meet sourcing, calling, submission, interview and closure targets.

We are looking for an experienced Gulf Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting candidates for the Middle East / GCC market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, MEP and Facility Management, along with a good understanding of Gulf recruitment processes, including visa processing, medical procedures and candidate mobilisation.

Candidates must have experience working with a recruitment consultancy / overseas recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Gulf / Middle East requirements across multiple technical and operational positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience and client specifications.
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, offer acceptance and candidate mobilisation.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and follow up on visa, medical and other Gulf deployment formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and documentation accurately.
• Meet assigned sourcing, calling, submission, interview and closure targets.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on Gulf / GCC hiring.
• Mandatory experience working with a recruitment consultancy / overseas recruitment agency.
• Strong exposure to hiring for Oil & Gas, Construction, MEP and/or Facility Management sectors.
• Good understanding of Gulf visa, medical, documentation and mobilisation processes.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and high-volume recruitment assignments.
• Target-driven with demonstrated ability to meet recruitment quotas and deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment/job portals.
• High energy, ownership and passion for recruitment.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with established candidate networks and experience managing blue-collar, technical, skilled and supervisory Gulf requirements will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
