Job summary

2coms, via Global Talent Square, is seeking an experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while managing documentation for overseas clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of Gulf/Overseas recruitment experience, strong communication, and MS Office skills, and the ability to handle multiple positions in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of Gulf/Overseas recruitment experience (Recruitment consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
