Job summary

Malomatia in Pune is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage the end-to-end lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will work with hiring managers to execute manpower plans and publish roles across platforms to attract strong candidates.

The role requires 8+ years in recruitment, with Gulf/GCC hiring experience and visa processing. You will screen, interview, negotiate offers, coordinate assessments, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Execute the strategic manpower plan in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Publish job openings across relevant platforms to attract qualified talent.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with business units for technical evaluation of candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
• Ensure adherence to the recruitment and interview process.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Negotiate compensation and finalize offers in line with company policies.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, service agreements, and related employment documents.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate with candidates to collect documents required for onboarding and visa processing.
• Process Visa Process Forms (VPF) and liaise with internal teams for visa applications.
• Coordinate pre-employment medical tests, background verification, reference checks, and educational credential verification.
• Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles and recruitment records.
• Manage relationships with recruitment consultants and external vendors.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring targets and business objectives.
• Experience in Gulf/GCC hiring and visa processing is an added advantage.
• Perform any other recruitment and talent acquisition activities as assigned.

Educational Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management

Experience:

• 8+ years of related experience of which a minimum of 7 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
