Job summary

CIEL HR, Bengaluru, seeks an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC, Non-IT and Sales roles. You will source candidates via portals, social media, referrals and networking, and screen profiles against job requirements.

You will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and partner with hiring managers to align hiring priorities. Maintain trackers and metrics, and support employer branding and talent pipelines.
