Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

The role involves sourcing Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Technicians, and Allied Healthcare Professionals through various channels, screening candidates against licensing and eligibility criteria, and coordinating interviews and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / International Recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Technicians, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
• GCC or international healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of GCC healthcare licensing and verification processes such as DataFlow, Prometric, MOH, DOH, DHA, and SCFHS will be an advantage.
• Experience working with manpower recruitment agencies will be preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across GCC countries.
• Source Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other healthcare staff.
• Use job portals, databases, references, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, experience, licensing, and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, selections, and client/agent interactions.
• Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
• Coordinate documentation, DataFlow, Prometric, healthcare licensing, medicals, and deployment formalities as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal documentation, operations, client, and overseas agent teams.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly recruitment, selection, offer, and joining targets.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate records, trackers, and regular follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future GCC requirements.
