As a Travel Consultant at Travelwings.com, you will be responsible for crafting and selling bespoke travel experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of our high-end clientele. You will utilize your deep knowledge of global destinations, luxury travel, and your sales expertise to create unforgettable itineraries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.
• Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodation, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
• Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
• Upsell Travelwings' brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations.
