The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, monitor GPS data, plan efficient routes, and maintain transport records. Strong communication and adherence to transport regulations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily transportation activities.
• Ensure timely availability of vehicles for operations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Track and monitor vehicle movement through GPS/transport systems.
• Prepare efficient routing plans to reduce fuel and operational costs.
• Maintain transport-related records, trip sheets, challans, and MIS reports.
• Comply with RTO, transport, and safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption, tolls, maintenance expenses, and other transport costs.
• Verify transport bills and coordinate with accounts for vendor/driver payments.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transport MIS and share with management.
• Handle breakdowns, accidents, delays, and other transport-related issues.
• Coordinate with mechanics, service centers, and insurance companies when required.
