Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transport Coordinator in Chennai to oversee shift handovers, monitor vehicle schedules, and coordinate logistics for Moveinsync. You will maintain transport records, communicate delays, and respond to inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the transport domain and involves planning routes, supervising drivers, and working with multiple departments to optimize transport efficiency.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 2+ years of experience in transport domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide handover & takeover of shifts.
• Pickup vehicle tracking for on time arrivals on Moveinsync.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports on associates enquires.
• Providing employee delay communication to BU through mail during un-avoidable situations.
• Inform employee in case of vehicle delay login/logout.
• Maintain and update the employee contact number and other changes in Moveinsync.
• Record complete details of the service requests from associates.
• Maintain a 24 hour Transport help desk to receive and respond to transport enquiries.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations and logistics.
• Develop and manage efficient transportation schedules and routes.
• Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and manage transportation staff and drivers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
