• Manage daily employee transportation operations, including buses, shuttles, and cab services.

• Optimize transport routes and schedules to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Manage transportation vendors and monitor SLA/KPI performance.
• Supervise driver compliance, training, and safety programs.
• Ensure employee transportation safety, including emergency response and escalation procedures.
• Maintain transportation records, audits, permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor transportation budgets, fuel consumption, and operational costs.Collaborate with Workplace, Security, HR, and Operations teams to support business requirements.
