Job summary

IndiGo is seeking a dynamic professional to manage crew transport operations, ensuring safe, timely and efficient transportation for crew members. The role involves vendor management, transport planning, automation tools, MIS reporting, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

You will coordinate with airport operations, fleet teams, and vendors; monitor performance; and drive improvements through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, employee transportation, aviation operations, or logistics.
• Strong experience in vendor management, MIS reporting, and transport operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and transport management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates residing near the airport location will be preferred.
