Job summary

ISS India is seeking a Transport Operations Executive to oversee daily employee transport logistics in Chennai. You will manage rosters, monitor vehicle deployment, and ensure on-time pickup and drop operations while coordinating with vendors and drivers.

The role requires maintaining MIS reports, ensuring GPS tracking functionality, and addressing transport-related escalations in line with SLAs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fleet operations and transport services.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers, vendors, and supervisors to ensure smooth transport operations.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and transport compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee pickup and drop operations as per the transport roster.
• Monitor vehicle deployment, route adherence, and trip completion.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Track login and logout transportation requirements and arranging backup vehicles when required.
• Ensure adherence to transportation SLAs and operational guidelines.
• Handle transport-related employee escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure GPS tracking systems and transport applications are functioning properly.
• Investigate transport incidents, delays, route deviations, and safety violations.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, fleet utilization reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinate driver inductions, training programs, and awareness sessions.
• Support emergency transportation requirements and business continuity operations.
• Ensure KPIs OTA & OTD as per SLA
