Job summary

Mphasis Ltd is seeking a Transaction Processing Executive/Officer to handle Capital Market brokerage documents for a US client in a non-voice BPS setup. Freshers with a degree in commerce will be considered.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, typing speed, and excellent communication for calls and trainings, with strict adherence to accuracy and company policies. Working from office in India with late evening/night shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce or related field is required.
• Fresher candidates are welcome with basic financial knowledge.
• Strong MS Office skills and fast typing are essential.
• Good communication and client-attendance abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Process Capital Market documents for US client in non-voice BPS.
• Attend client calls and onshore training as needed.
• Ensure 100% accuracy to avoid financial impact.

Job Summary – L 1 level - Transaction Processing Executive/Officer – to process the Capital Market – Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client). Years of experience needed – Freshers

Technical / Non-Technical Skills

• Excellent MS Office skills – MS Excel, WORD, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting
• Good Typing Speed of 28 WPM with ≥95% accuracy
• Excellent Communication skills – to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc

Process Skills

• Good and sound knowledge of Stock Market and Capital Market Concepts – Primarily.
• Good understanding of Financial Concepts, Investments, Calculation, Accounting methods.
• Sound Analytical, Quick Learning ability, Zeal to learn new things.
• 100% Accurate work required as Errors will have financial impacts from Client and their Customer side.

Behavioral Skills

Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves. To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company.

Strictly US Shift Working Hours (India Late Evening or Night Shifts) – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if requirement arises.

Certifications Needed: Education

• 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience but with other Specialization can be looked into to some extent Only.

Additional Certification on Financial Aspects is added advantage. No Tech Graduates – BE, B Tech, M Tech.
