Mphasis in Bengaluru is hiring for an L3 Senior Transaction Processing Executive/Officer to process Capital Market cash management documents for a US client within the Advisor Service – Cash Management team. The role requires excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), 28 WPM typing at ≥95% accuracy, and strong communication to attend client calls and onshore trainings.

Processing receipts/disbursements, high-value securities handling, verification, reporting, and updates to Brokerage

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Typing speed of 28 WPM with ≥95% accuracy.
• Excellent communication to attend client calls and trainings.
• Good knowledge of Capital Market concepts, preferably US Stock Market.
• Experience in cash management transactions: receipts, disbursements, high-value processing.
• 100% accurate work with financial implications.

Responsabilités

• Process cash management transactions and verify documents.
• Provide updates to Brokerage Advisors as requested.
• Prepare reports and handle escalations.
• Adhere to processing and review procedures with accuracy.

L 3 level Senior Transaction Processing Executive/Officer – to process the Capital Market – Advisor Service – Cash Management documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).

Technical Skills:

• Excellent MS Office skills – MS Excel, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting


• Good Typing Speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy


• Excellent Communication skills – to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc

Process Skills:

• Good and sound knowledge of Capital Market Concepts – preferably US Stock Market


• Expert Knowledge on Processing of Cash Management Transactions of Securities – Receipts, Disbursements, High Value securities processing, Verification, analyzing documents and providing Updates to Brokerage Advisors of their requests.


• Sound knowledge on Review and Verification process of Cash management activities of Advisors


• Knowledge of Handling High value Transactions


• Reports making, Escalation Handling , Process Update sharing


• 100% Accurate work required as Errors will have Financial impacts from Client and their Customer side.

Behavioral Skills:

• Strictly US Shift Working Hours – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if required.


• Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves


• To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company

Certification:

• Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience (similar BPO field and domain) but with other Specialization will also be looked into.


• Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.


• No Engineering / Tech Graduates

Experience requirements:

• Candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in similar BPO field – preferable from Banking and Capital Market Domain (primary preference)


• Should have handled Cash management Processing in previous organization.


• Interpersonal Effectiveness: Candidate should be a team player and demonstrate required aptitude and attitude towards work and the Team.


• Service Orientation: Candidate should be Customer Centric and committed to deliver the best to Customers and the Business.
