Mphasis is seeking a L2/L3 Transaction Processing Executive/Officer to process Capital Market Advisor Service Cash Management documents for a US client from Bangalore. The role requires handling cash management transactions, verification of high value securities, and accurate reporting with strict adherence to processes.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in a related BPO/Banking domain, knowledge of capital market concepts, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy.
• Excellent communication to attend client calls and onshore training.
• MS Office skills including Excel, Power Point, macros and email drafting.

Responsibilities

• Process Cash Management transactions for Capital Market Advisors.
• Verify and analyze documents; provide updates to Brokerage Advisors.
• Prepare reports; handle escalations and ensure 100% accuracy due to financial impact.

Job description

L2 and L3 - Transaction Processing Executive/Officer to process the Capital Market Advisor Service Cash Management documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).

Technical Skills:

• Excellent MS Office skills MS Excel, Power Point, Excel Macros and E Mail Drafting
• Good Typing Speed of 28 WPM with >=95% accuracy
• Excellent Communication skills to attend Client Calls, Onshore Training etc

Process Skills:

• Good and sound knowledge of Capital Market Concepts preferably US Stock Market
• Expert Knowledge on Processing of Cash Management Transactions of Securities Receipts, Disbursements, High Value securities processing, Verification, analyzing documents and providing Updates to Brokerage Advisors of their requests.
• Sound knowledge on Review and Verification process of Cash management activities of Advisors
• Knowledge of Handling High value Transactions
• Reports making, Escalation Handling , Process Update sharing
• 100% Accurate work required as Errors will have Financial impacts from Client and their Customer side.

Behavioral Skills:

• Strictly US Shift Working Hours – should be flexible to do Over Time duty if required.
• Punctual and adherence to attendance and Leaves
• To report to Team Lead and follow the Instructions and the HR Policies as per Company

Certification:

• Education: 12 + 3 Degree Education is mandatory – B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience (similar BPO field and domain) but with other Specialization will also be looked into.
• Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.
• No Engineering / Tech Graduates

Experience requirements:

• Candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in similar BPO field – preferable from Banking and Capital Market Domain (primary preference)
• Should have handled Cash management Processing in previous organization.
