Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
• Coordinate training schedule based on training requirements.
• Execute established standards and work independently within set frames.
• Continuously improve day-to-day activities/processes.
• Act as a formal team leader of more junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient in executing established standards.
• Possess a knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree and approximately 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a particular area.
• Develop own knowledge, share best practice, and develop relevant/appropriate solutions.
