Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a Training & Development professional to conduct training needs analysis and design programs aligned with retail and HR goals.

You will work with HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to tailor content, develop materials, ensure on-brand delivery, and build an ongoing training calendar.

Experience in financial domain training is a plus; the role focuses on elevating knowledge, performance, and team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and identify relevant solutions.
• Design, develop and produce training materials, documents, and manuals to ensure quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partner / Regional Managers to tailor training to business needs and IDPs.
• Ensure training materials are on-brand and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop planned and ongoing training programmes with learning resources to improve performance.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Conducts regular training needs analysis in order to determine the most relevant and cost

effective training solutions. Regional Managers and Central Services staff that

will improve individual / team knowledge, skills and in turn shop / business performance

-Works with the HR Business Partner / Regional Managers to identify the

training requirements tailored to the business needs and individual IDP’s; determines the

priorities

-Contributes to the design, development and production of training materials, documents and

manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of

the retail training programme

- ensure all training materials, documents and

manuals are on brand and adhere to the brand guidelines

-Designs and develops a planned and ongoing training programme with the learning resources and tools to improve performance and optimise on

the potential of our volunteer teams
