Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Regional Training Manager in India to identify and lead regional training initiatives, working with segment heads and country business managers. The role involves initial training of field staff and developing blended delivery approaches across the region.

The candidate should be a strong communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leaders, and capable of delivering training workshops across the region from August to April.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training for adult learners.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering blended training (classroom + eLearning).

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs for the region and lead the regional training team.
• Conduct regional training workshops throughout the region (Aug–Apr).
• Develop blended training approaches incorporating classroom and digital delivery.
• Translate business needs into actionable training requirements.
• Work with Zonal Managers & Business HR to onboard new field staff.
• Collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement in training programs.

Job Purpose

Identify and lead the process of finding acquisitions in the region to further enhance and develop the training business in conjunction with segments heads and regional / country business managers

A strong communicator, who is comfortable presenting material to senior business leaders with client centric can do attitude

Initial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Zonal Managers & Business HR

Grow and develop our employees, supporting the business requirements and personal career ambitions, while also improving quality by site, team and individual

Development of a blended training approach incorporating both classroom web-based delivery

Able to demonstrate the ability to effectively listen, partner, and consult to obtain optimal results

Able to translate issues in to a set of articulated operating requirements

Highly organized with ability to proven track record of delivery of results

Ability to work collaboratively and drive decision making in a global environment

During the period August through April the Regional Training Manager will conduct training workshops throughout the region
