Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is seeking a Training Specialist to impart induction training and ongoing skill development for Financial Life Supervisors (FLS) and Advisors in Tamil Nadu. You will design and deliver sessions, track progress, and collate feedback to improve supervision and selling capabilities.

The role emphasizes adherence to ULIP and AML guidelines, cost tracking, and collaboration with sales and training teams to ensure coverage and output.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the required number of mandated mandays to ensure training coverage.
• Collaborate with sales and training teams to identify the TN of Sales force.
• Conduct Induction and capability development programs for Advisors.
• Conduct Refresher Trainings for Advisors.
• Administer the Training feedback sheet at the end of each program.
• Collate and analyze feedback.
• Maintain a training cost tracker.
• Ensure all new Advisors/Agency Managers are trained in ULIP and AML before they start selling.
• Initiate professional courses as part of role development and complete them on timely basis.
• Participate in Projects (if any) assigned and undertaken by the TPD training team.

To impart training to FLS and Advisors in order to upgrade their job knowledge through the induction and develop their skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops, which would impact the territory's productivity.

KRA2: To ensure adherence to all regulatory and BSLI guidelines in order to meet company compliance. 1. Ensure all new Advisors/Agency Managers are trained in ULIP and AML before they start selling.

• Maintain documentation of the same.

KRA3: Focus constantly on Self development and invest in skill enhancement. 1. E learning course of Aditya Disha per quarter

• Initiate professional course as part of role development and complete them on timely basis
• Participate in Projects (if any) assigned and undertaken by the TPD training team
