Job summary

Nilkamal Limited is seeking a Training professional to assess needs across retail formats and design content for Sales and service teams. You will develop product/service training aligned with buying and other departments, and coordinate onboarding for new employees.

You will evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, feedback and metrics, maintain records for compliance, and stay abreast of industry trends and learning tech. Willingness to travel extensively is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess Training needs across retail store formats.
• Design and develop content and deliver training programs for Sales and service team.
• Develop content on products and services in alignment with the buying team and other departments.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and metrics.
• Maintain training records per compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies and best practices.
• Create performance ladders across various levels in retail stores.
• Develop programs for talent pipeline in line with HR policies.
• Develop LMS modules to handle increasing business scale.

• Create performance ladder system across various levels in the retail stores.
• Develop programs for developing talent pipeline in alignment with the HR policies.
• Developing training programs for store teams/regional teams and support staff.
• Develop LMS modules to take care of increasing scale of business.

Note: Willingness to travel extensively across the territory as per the travel plans.
