Job summary

Iifl Samasta in Bengaluru seeks a capable Training Lead to identify gaps and design comprehensive learning programs across retail, branch, and field teams. You will deliver product, sales, process, behavioural, and refresher training, while coaching frontline trainers to drive performance.

The role requires field presence and extensive travel to multiple locations, with a focus on improving employee capability and productivity within the NBFC/BFSI sector. MBA or equivalent in HR/L&D is preferred.

Candidate Profile

• 57 years of experience in retail/field training, preferably from an NBFC/MFI/BFSI.
• Strong understanding of retail lending, field sales, branch operations and collections.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in training frontline/field teams across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Graduate/MBA in HR, L&D or Business Management preferred.
