Job summary

SG Oasis is seeking a seasoned training professional to create engaging training content, including videos and job aids, and to deliver field training across outlets. The role focuses on keeping content up to date with menu, recipe, and standards, while maintaining a reusable training library for outlets and the GCC.

You will roll out certification programs, track renewals, and report results to the HR Head.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in training or learning and development.
• Experience creating training content such as videos, job aids, and on-the-job exercises.
• Experience delivering hands-on training on the floor or in the field.
• Experience running certification or assessment programmes.
• Experience building or maintaining a training framework.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to outlets.
• Graduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Report training completion, certification, and results to the HR Head each month.
• Plan and deliver pre-opening training for new store teams.
