Job summary

KS Bakers is seeking a Training Specialist to design, execute, and track structured training programs across 30+ outlets, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene, and SOP adherence using Wooqer.

You will create microlearning modules, videos, and SOPs; monitor completion and compliance; and train Outlet Managers in Wooqer usage and daily task adherence. Experience in retail food operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills across Telugu, Hindi, English.
• Proficiency in using Wooqer for training, tracking, and task assignments.
• Understanding of QSR or food retail operations.
• Video training content creation using Canva/CapCut or equivalents.
• Analytical skills to monitor training effectiveness and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Training Need Identification across 30+ outlets with Ops and Area Managers.
• Wooqer-based digital training management: design modules, quizzes, SOP checklists; monitor completion and compliance.
• Design and deliver induction, job-specific, and refresh training; create video content and SOPs; conduct in-person or virtual sessions as needed.
• Drive Customer Service Excellence initiatives and reinforce through weekly tasks and role plays.
• Track performance via analytics; report coverage, module completion, and outlet compliance; support HR and QA alignment.

Job Purpose

To design, execute, and track structured training programs for all retail outlet employees of KS Bakers, with an emphasis on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene, and SOP adherence through Wooqer.

Key Responsibilities

Training Need Identification

• Conduct regular training needs assessments across 30+ outlets in collaboration with Operations and Area Managers.
• Analyze performance gaps, customer feedback, and audit reports to identify focus areas.

Wooqer-Based Digital Training Management

• Design microlearning modules, quizzes, and digital SOP checklists on Wooqer.
• Monitor daily learning completion, compliance checklists, and task acknowledgments through dashboards.
• Train and support Outlet Managers on Wooqer usage, content access, and daily task compliance.

Training Program Design & Delivery

• Develop structured induction, job-specific, and refresh training programs (counter service, kitchen, baking, outlet hygiene).
• Create easy-to-understand video content, visual SOPs, and job cards.
• Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions across Hyderabad zones when required.

Customer Service Excellence – “Dil Se Service”

• Drive customer service training and reinforcement through weekly Wooqer tasks and live role plays.
• Capture feedback from outlet visits and audits to strengthen the customer experience culture.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Use Wooqer analytics and field feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Report training coverage, module completion %, outlet-wise compliance, and performance improvement.

Team Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR to sync training with performance, hygiene audits, and promotions.
• Support the Buddy Program for new joinees to improve retention and early productivity.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and facilitation skills (Telugu, Hindi, English)
• Proficiency in using Wooqer for training, tracking, and task assignments
• Understanding of QSR or food retail operations
• Video training content creation (basic editing in Canva, CapCut or equivalent)
• Analytical skills to monitor training effectiveness and take corrective action

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Hospitality or Business
• Certified Trainer or exposure to Instructional Design
• Prior experience working with digital platforms like Wooqer, Disprz, or similar LMS
