Job summary

Urban Company (UC) is seeking a Training Manager for Housekeeping to lead city-wide training programs for our housekeeping professionals, ensuring consistency and high quality across all partners. You will develop training content, deliver hands-on coaching on SOPs, mentor a team of trainers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address skill gaps and adapt to evolving business needs.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in hotels, facility management, or startups are required
