Job summary

Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL) in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Training Lead to set up the Training Department and drive staff development across stores. You will design induction programs, track learning paths, and ensure 100% trained staff before new store launches while maintaining product quality and customer centricity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail/FMCG/food service with large customer-facing teams, strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative, disciplined work

Qualifications

• Qualification IHM/Graduate, courses in training certification etc will be an advantage.
• Experience - 3-5 years+ experience in retail, FMCG, food service industry and similar organisations with large customer facing staff with training needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company culture, brand values and maintain high standards of product quality and customer centricity.
• Conduct new hire induction and enrolment of role-based learning paths within timelines.
• Track on-job learning and assessments of all new staff joining the store.
• Support in tracking the stores Customer Concerns and TAT.
• Train and certify store teams and ensure 100% trained staff before new store launch.
• Train staff on products, SOPs, marketing promotions with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly training audits with Store Incharge and report observations for corrective actions.
• Measure and report training effectiveness of all programs.
• Maintain and regularly update all training dashboards/records along with restaurant training SPOC.
• REV Audit Training Section; Google Ratings; Guest Ratings; QA Team Audits

Role & responsibilities

Training Department Set up

• Responsible for driving the company culture, brand values and maintaining high standards of product quality and customer centricity
• Conduct new hire induction and ensure enrolment and completion of role-based learning paths within specified timelines
• Track on-job learning and assessments of all the new staff joining the store
• Support in tracking the stores Customer Concerns and TAT

• Train and evaluate MITs - includes OJTs & Final Certification
• Identify and develop FOH / BOH Station Champions and drive in-store training through them
• Train and certify new store teams and ensure 100% trained staff before new store launch
• Train staff on new/ existing products, SOPs, marketing promotions with a focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
• Conduct monthly training audits along with the Store Incharge and report observations for corrective action planning
• Measure and report training effectiveness of all programs
