ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Training Manager in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 30 days.
You will design and deliver training programs that turn new hires into guest-ready team members while transforming outdated practices into measurable service standards. You are accountable for building learning and development initiatives across hospitality operations for X Live and Vicoli ensuring every training ties directly to improved guest satisfaction audit scores and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and execute onboarding and induction programs that ramp up new hires to brand standards quickly.
2. Create and deliver training across service standards upselling guest handling hygiene and safety protocols.
3. Conduct SOP and brand audits through floor walks mystery audits and action plans that close gaps identified in guest feedback.
4. Lead pre-opening training to prepare new outlets for successful launches.
5. Track training ROI by linking programs to assessments audit results and measurable improvements in guest satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. 5-8 years in hospitality or F&B with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on training and development.
2. Strong knowledge of guest service standards F&B operations and hygiene compliance requirements.
3. Proven ability as a confident facilitator comfortable training both frontline team members and outlet managers.
4. Data-oriented approach that connects training activities to tangible business outcomes beyond simple attendance tracking.
5. Experience with new outlet launches and pre-opening training is highly preferred.
6. Expertise in Training Needs Analysis TNA and Training Delivery.
7. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems LMS and eLearning development.
8. Strong facilitation and presentation skills for both classroom and on-the-job training.
