Job summary

Greko Foods And Retails is seeking a Training Manager to design and implement training programs for restaurant teams across all outlets, ensuring guest service excellence, operational efficiency, food safety, and adherence to brand standards.

The role covers FOH, BOH, and management, with a focus on SOPs, grooming, upselling, onboarding, and ongoing skill assessments. Candidates should have 8–12 years of restaurant training experience, preferably in QSR and fine-dining formats.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in restaurant training, preferably across QSR and fine-dining formats.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and food safety practices.
• Experience training diverse restaurant teams and management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop training calendars and structured programs for FOH, BOH, and management teams.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
