Job summary

Maiz Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for dine-in outlets across Bengaluru and beyond.

You will train new staff on service standards, POS systems, hygiene and SOPs, and conduct on-floor coaching, tracking performance, and traveling to outlets to ensure consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate; Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in dine-in restaurant operations, training, or floor supervision.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned outlets.
