Urban Company in Bengaluru is seeking a Training Manager for Housekeeping to lead all training programs for professionals in the city. You will develop and refine content, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and provide hands-on SOP training to partner professionals to maintain consistency and high quality.

You will lead a team of trainers across locations, monitor effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier hotels, facility management, or startups with training focus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience training blue-collar staff.
• Ability to guide and motivate teams in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do:

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top‑tier hotels, facility management, or startups, with a focus on training and development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Proven experience in managing teams of professionals, preferably in hotels or facility management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue‑collar workers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
