Greko Foods And Retails is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and achieve business targets. The role involves supervising both FOH and BOH teams, maintaining service standards and hygiene, and coordinating with kitchen and finance for efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in restaurant operations, preferably in fine-dining environments, and a strong focus on cost control and revenue

• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, and finance teams for operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue through upselling, customer engagement, and cost control.
