Job summary

bigbasket is seeking a Training Coordinator in Bengaluru to manage training coordination, MIS reporting, dashboards, and analytics. You will coordinate sessions, maintain trackers and reports, and analyze data to provide business insights.

Responsibilities include creating Power BI dashboards, coordinating with regional teams, attending trainings, and presenting management reviews. Strong Excel and BI skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF).
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong training coordination, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of training/operations processes is preferred.
