Job summary

BigBasket in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Training Executive to plan, coordinate and deliver training programs for employees and ensure effective learning across the organization.

You will conduct induction, onboarding, process and soft-skills trainings, track attendance, prepare MIS and dashboards, and collaborate with HR, Operations, and business teams to identify needs and drive development.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail/FMCG Operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of training methodologies and employee engagement.
• Ability to conduct classroom and on-the-job training.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates with experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Operations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.

About the Role
