Job summary

ExcelR is seeking passionate Data Analytics Trainers to deliver high-quality programs and mentor aspiring professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in analytics concepts and tools, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles include training delivery, content development, student engagement and collaboration with internal teams. Two locations—Thane/Mumbai and Bengaluru—offer full-time roles at market-aligned pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Math or related field.
• Certification in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience as a trainer or educator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led data analytics training across batches.
• Develop and update presentations, assignments, projects and assessments.
• Engage students, conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor capstone projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Data Analytics concepts and tools.
• Conduct classroom, online, weekday, and weekend batches as per business requirements.
• Handle multiple batches and ensure effective learning outcomes.

2. Content Development

• Create and update presentations, assignments, projects, assessments, and learning materials.
• Develop industry-relevant case studies and practical exercises.

3. Student Engagement

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide continuous learner support.
• Mentor students on capstone projects and practical assignments.
• Guide students in interview preparation and placement readiness.

4. Team Collaboration

• Mentor junior trainers and support training quality initiatives.
• Participate in demo sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve learning experiences.

Additional Responsibilities

• Handle learner and customer queries related to the program.
• Support organizational initiatives and business requirements as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping learners build successful careers.
• Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Prior training, mentoring, coaching, or educational experience preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python will be an added advantage.
