Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage audiences effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to evaluate training needs and create effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
