Job summary

TP in Chennai, Tamil Nadu invites an experienced Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive programs tailored to our organizational needs. You will craft curricula, run sessions, and measure impact to raise performance across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is an asset.
