Assistant Manager - Training

Job summary

TP in Delhi is seeking a Training and Development specialist to design and implement comprehensive programs that boost employee performance and productivity across the organization.

You will conduct needs assessments, deliver workshops and coaching, track attendance and outcomes, and partner with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals and metrics.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and experience with learning management systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform training decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Experience with training software, tools, and technologies, such as learning management systems and content management systems.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
