Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Assist with candidate documentation and onboarding activities.
• Support recruitment drives and other HR initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and preparing basic HR reports.
