Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure recruitment SOPs are followed accurately.
• Update candidate information in recruitment sheets and HR systems.
• Coordinate with interview panels and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations, feedback, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity.
• Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure all recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed accurately.
• Update candidate information in recruitment sheets and HR systems.
• Coordinate with interview panels and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations, feedback, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity.
• Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Eligibility
