You will source candidates through portals and social networks, screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and help build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker/ATS.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status.
• Support the onboarding process by collecting required documents.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
