Job summary

LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking an experienced HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will source, screen, coordinate, and engage candidates while aligning with hiring managers and stakeholders.

The role requires strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with tight deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred; full‑time position in Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.
• Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, BPO, or Corporate Recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions and levels.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout recruitment.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Discuss and negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.
• Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Track joining status and support onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Build a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout journey.
• Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns and TA initiatives.

• Strong target-oriented approach with good recruitment closure skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
