Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand job requirements from hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate database, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer status, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment coordination.
