Job summary

Lupin Diagnostics in India seeks a field sales professional to expand our diagnostic services across Kalyani, Suri, Rampurhat, Central Kolkata, Kolkata and surrounding areas. You will visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare facilities to increase referrals and promote new tests and technologies.

You will meet 8-10 doctors or labs per day, build a strong client base, coordinate with logistics and collection centers, achieve revenue targets and ensure timely payments.

Locations: Kalyani, Suri, Rampurhat, Central Kolkata, Kolkata, Malda

Role & responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to increase referrals.
• Meet a minimum of 8-10 doctors/labs/PCCs per day or as per company norms.
• Promote diagnostic services to retail/walk-in customers at housing societies, clubs, parks, and shopping complexes.
• Identify hightraffic locations to create awareness of Lupin Diagnostics services.
• Build and expand the client base in the assigned territory.
• Conduct patient awareness programs.
• Introduce new tests, technologies, and disease-wise diagnostic solutions to doctors.
• Coordinate with logistics, labs, collection centers, patients, and doctors.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
• Responsible for timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Identify and analyze new market segments and sales channels.
• Implement marketing initiatives as per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate reporting as per prescribed sales and productivity formats.
• Regular interaction with consultants across specialties including Cardiologists, Gastroenterologists, Gynecologists, and other specialists.
