Job summary

Lupin Diagnostics Ltd in India is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Executive to visit doctors, clinics and hospitals to drive referrals across multiple locations.

The role requires 2+ years in pathology/diagnostics, a Science/Pharmacy degree, and a proven ability to meet daily doctor visits and revenue targets while coordinating with labs, collection centers and patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in pathology/ diagnostics industry.
• Science/Pharmacy graduate by education.
• Meet minimum 12 doctors/lab/PCC visits per day or per company norms.

Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to increase referrals.
• Build and expand client base in designated areas.
• Conduct patient awareness programs.
• Introduce new tests and technology and provide disease-wise test solutions.
• Coordinate with labs, collection centers, patients and doctors.
• Achieve targets and ensure timely collections.
• Identify new market segments and channels.
• Implement marketing inputs and monitor leads for action.
• Regular interaction with consultants to encourage referrals.
• Adhere to reporting formats and productivity metrics.

Job description

• To visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities with a vision to increase the referrals.
• He/she should have minimum 2+ years of experience in pathology, diagnostics industry.
• He should be Science/Pharmacy graduate by education.
• He should meet minimum 12 Doctors/Lab/PCC per day or as per company norms.
• To comprehend and implement effective promotional schemes aimed at retail/walk-in customers at housing

societies, clubs, parks, shopping complexes etc.

• Identify high-traffic or suitable venues with an aim to generate awareness and interest in visiting the Lab/PCC
• Build client base within market segment for defined area
• Conducting Patient awareness program
• Introduce of the new test and technology and provide diseases wise test solution to the doctors.
• Co-ordination with logistics, Lab, collection centers, patients and doctors.
• Target Vs Achievement in terms of revenue.
• Responsible for Outstanding revenue from client. Ensure timely collections
• Identifying & Analyzing new Market, Product Segments & new channels
• To effectively penetrate into the market in line with the business expansion plan & formulating strategies.
• To be adhered to prescribed reporting formats in terms of sales inputs and productivity parameters
• Regular interaction with the consultants and to encourage referrals to enhance the revenue
• To monitor various marketing inputs such as direct mail, telemarketing etc., to ensure effectiveness and ensure that

immediate action is taken on potential leads

• To implement various marketing inputs effectively based on the guidelines provided by company
• To ensure effective small corporate clients sourcing.
• To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance Lab/PCC/PUP revenue and profitability
• Meeting Specialty consultants like Cardiologist/Gastroenterologist/Gynecology and all specialities etc.
