Job summary

RSPL Group in India is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage primary and secondary sales with ongoing follow-up of retailers and distributors. The role includes onboarding new distributors aligned with the annual marketing plan and business requirements, plus ensuring timely submission of claims through regular distributor/retailer follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have an FMCG background, strong communication skills, and experience in team handling, to effectively build relationships

Responsibilities

• Handle primary and secondary sales by continuously following up with retailers and distributors.
• Appoint new distributors as per annual marketing plan and business needs.
• Ensure timely submission of claims through regular follow-up with distributors and retailers.
• Build and maintain relationships with BP and retailers.
