Job summary

RSPL Group is seeking a sales professional to manage primary and secondary sales through retailers and distributors in alignment with the annual marketing plan.

You will appoint new distributors, ensure timely claim submissions, and build strong relationships with business partners and retailers. FMCG exposure, excellent communication, and team leadership are required.

Qualifications

• FMCG sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in leading or coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary and secondary sales via continuous follow-up with retailers and distributors
• Appoint new distributors as per annual marketing plan and business requirements
• Ensure timely submission of claims through regular follow-up with distributors/retailers
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners and retailers
