• Drive tractor sales and retail targets across the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop dealer/distributor networks and ensure effective market coverage.
• Develop new dealers, customers and business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, product demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements.
• Support dealers in sales planning, inventory management and lead conversion.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dealers, Service, Finance, Product and Marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Track sales performance, enquiries, retail, market share and collection status.
• Ensure timely submission of sales reports, market feedback and MIS to management.
• Support new product launches, dealer meets and marketing campaigns.
• Resolve customer/dealer issues and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships.
